SECRET SOCIETY PROJECT
Have you ever wondered if you joined a secret group or society what materials would be needed? In this assignment, I was able to stretch my imagination and develop physical mockup materials for a secret society group I like to call the “Moonlight Guardians” whose sole mission is to protect the “Asrai Faries” from extinction and spread mental health through mediation and yoga practices.
In this project, I did product design materials all from scratch and made them relate to what was most needed by the members of the group. I created an entry-level package that included a guided handbook, an invitation, stones, and candles for meditation purposes.
This style guide was created to show how the group was formed and to show the membership rankings by the order of the stone with azurite being the highest.
The invitation was printed on rice paper and I created the book cover with stock paper.
In between the pages I used transparency paper with ink and oil to create a interactive material where others could move the ink around. (Representing the Asrai fairy ink)
